INFORMATION TO AUTHORS

Authors are invited to submit original papers not previously published nor submitted in parallel for publication to any other conference, workshop or journal. Submission should be in English and it is required that the manuscript ( maximum 8 pages) The text should be in single-column format, 10 point Times New Roman font, single line-spaced. Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with e-mail address. The paper should not contain page numbers.
The CIC 2016 organisers regard plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and when identified, the submission by the same author will be rejected. A submission SHOULD NOT be intended to get reviews from the program committee for the sole purpose of improving on the quality of paper. A submission implies that the author intends to ultimately register the paper upon a favourable response from the conference organisers. Moreover CIC 2016 does not encourage withdrawals after the paper is accepted.

IMPORTANT: The authors are requested not to prefix their credentials i.e Dr, Prof, HOD, Mr, Ms, Mrs, Scholar etc. in author’s name.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Authors should submit their papers online using the EasyChair Conference Management System.

  2. The manuscript should be submitted in in MS Word format only and should be formatted for direct printing. Figures and tables should be embedded and not supplied separately. Please make sure that you use as much as possible normal fonts in your documents. Special fonts, may cause problems during processing. To avoid unnecessary errors you are strongly advised to use the ‘spellchecker’ function of MS Word. Follow this order when typing manuscripts: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Main text (including figures and tables), Acknowledgements, References, Appendix. Collate acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article and do not include them on the title page, as a footnote to the title or otherwise.

  3. All papers that confirm to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and / or research content/ depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions and readability.

  4. Acceptance of paper will be communicated to authors by e-mail.

  5. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit camera-ready paper within the stipulated deadline.

  6. Accepted and presented paper will be included in the conference proceedings. On acceptance of the paper, at least one of the authors should register for the conference and present the work.

  7. CONFERENCE PUBLICATIONS
    • The CIC 2016 conference aims to include only quality papers presenting original content with novel research results with significant contributions.

    • All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and all submitted papers will undergo a peer review process, coordinated by the Technical Program Committee.

    • The organisers of CIC2016 regard plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for self-plagiarism or plagiarism and when identified, the submission by the same author will be rejected. The similarity content should not exceed 20%. Any model/figure/table /data used should be properly cited and prior permission should have been taken for copyrighted material.

    • Each manuscript will be reviewed by a minimum of three reviewers. The accepted regular papers is to be published in the conference proceedings published by reputed publishers.

    • Best papers will be duly awarded.

    • Extended works of authors of the best papers will be recommended for publication in Indexed Journals
